Craps Come Bets

If you understand the pass line and don't pass bets then you already know how the Come and Don't Come bets work. These bets are the exact same as the opening pass line and don't pass bets. The only difference being that these bets can be made at any time while the shooter is rolling the point rolls. To place these bets the player will place chips on the come or don't come section of the craps table. These bets are great while your waiting to see if you have won your pass line and odds bets.

As with the opening pass line bets you will instantly win the come bet if a 7 or 11 is rolled. You will also instantly lose this bet if a 2, 3 or 12 is rolled. If the shooter doesn't roll any of the five numbers then a point is set and the come bets will be moved to that point number on the roulette table. This is done so players can make more come bets for the next roll.

This makes it possible to have a variety of point in one game; you have the pass line point and the come point. The next roll with also act as the point rolls for this point as well. Should this point be rolled before a 7 then you win your come point bet but should a 7 be rolled first then you lose.

As with the pass line and don't pass bet players have the option to make odds bets on come and don't come bets.

The game of craps can get confusing as you have pass line, come bets, odds bets and proposition bets. The reality is that you really don't need to remember all of these. By far the most important are the pass line and odds bets. These other bets are really just secondary.
