Go Wild Casino

No players accepted from: USA

Go Wild Casino is a Microgaming-powered site that’s attempting to push the limits of service when it comes to online gambling. With a “let the revolution begin” slogan the aim of the casino is clear – to provide excellent games, great customer service and most importantly to pay winners quickly! Too many casinos forget that it is players that keep a casino running but not so at Go Wild – here the player is definitely the center of attention. Sadly US players are not welcome here but players from elsewhere are free to enjoy what this Maltese-licensed casino has to offer.

Software and Games:

Go Wild operates using the Microgaming platform and as such players are able to bet via both a no-download version of the casino and a full ‘bells and whistles’ download interface. The latter is definitely the one to go for if you are able to install software on your computer. With the full range of games plus exclusive download-only features only available in the download software, players are sure to be dazzled by the experience. Of course, the no-download software is still good and is particularly handy for those on slow connections or where installation of software isn’t possible.

As with all respectable casinos, Go Wild offers a plethora of games and at the time of testing over 300 were available from within the casino lobby. These include traditional games such as Blackjack, Video Poker and Roulette as well as cool, cutting-edge slot machines. Many of the newer slots are tied in with well known brands such as Lord of the Rings so players can immediately get stuck in with an added buzz being injected by the familiar names.

The casino accepts accounts in multiple currencies with the Euro, Dollar and UK pound (amongst others) all accepted.

Game Presentation:

Microgaming has always been at the cutting edge of creating gaming software having been operating since pretty much the start of the online casino craze. However, in recent years this software house has gone from strength to strength with bigger and better games released now pretty much on a monthly basis. As a result players at Go Wild can expect the very best in online gaming with pretty much every game showcasing superb graphics, smooth animations and realistic sound effects. The slot games in particular are second-to-none with the video slots offering a better-than-Vegas with their mix of bonus rounds, wild symbols and multi-line payoffs.

Those that like more traditional games will also be satisfied here though. Blackjack comes in many varieties, for example Vegas Strip Rules, Atlantic City and European style. Similarly Roulette can be played with either a European or American wheel. It’s this mix of games that really does make playing at Go Wild fun.

What’s more, table games can be played from just 1 credit and the slot games start at just a 0.01 per line minimum.

With many in game features such as strategy cards, auto play and game speed control adding to the mix, from a game presentation viewpoint Go Wild really doesn’t get much better.

Cash, Deposits and Withdrawals:

Like all Microgaming-powered casinos Go wild is a well funded venture (unlike many software providers, Microgaming ask for proof of assets before awarding software licenses). As such, players should have no problems when it comes to moving cash around.

Players can deposit using a multitude of deposit options including credit card, debit card, bank wire and eWallet. In fact, Go Wild pretty much accepts any current deposit method going.

Similarly withdrawals are also handled efficiently. All withdrawals start processing around 24 hours after the cash in request is made (until this time withdrawals are reversible). The process then takes around another 48 hours to complete in total. However, there is a ‘fast cash’ scheme that members can apply to for even faster processing. This is pretty decent, although players should be aware that this casino does have a limit of 5000 credits payout maximum per month. You can win more than this amount, but the withdrawal payout will be ‘staggered’. This is a shame as it slightly tarnishes an otherwise impeccable service. Having said that, only very big bettors are likely to be affected by this rule anyway.

Bonuses and Terms and Conditions:

Go Wild, like many casinos, tries to attract new players and keeping them loyal by offering free money incentives. For new sign-ups up to $1000 can be claimed on an initial 3 deposits and free spin slot bonuses are also thrown in to sweeten the deal. The casino also runs regular promotions offering additional deposit bonuses, wagering competition and free spin days resulting in additional free money coming the player’s way.

Of course, all free money needs to be wagered and at Go Wild this is managed through the in-casino bonus system. This sees all bonus money retained in a separate pot. Players can then convert credits to real money 10 credits at a time by wagering the amount 30x. There are no restrictions on games played although players should note that not all games contribute their true value (e.g. a $1 Blackjack bet adds only $0.10 to wagering calculations).

Customer Support:

Customer support is well handled at Go Wild with players able to get help via live chat, email and telephone. We were particularly impressed with the live chat facility as we were able to get our conversation transferred directly to the Pit Boss – not something easily achieved at other casinos. We definitely got the feeling this casinos cares for its players and they are more than an avenue to simply making money. As such, players should rest assured that any problems will be quickly dealt with at this casino.

Other Comments and Summary:

Go Wild comes across as a casino really trying hard to live up to its ‘start the revolution’ tag line. With excellent games and superb customer support the casino demonstrates well the commitment to keeping the player happy. With a nice bonus scheme thrown in and quick payouts if players win, there really is no reason not to stick around at this casino. Of course, not every player will win but this casino works hard to making playing experiences enjoyable regardless of whether the player wins or loses!
