Slotsvile is a US-friendly casino operating on the Real Time Gaming (RTG) platform. Offering a download-only experience, this casino launched in 2009 and since then has been building a steady player base particularly focussed on US custom. Of course, players worldwide can experience the Slotsville buzz with all but the most basic of computers able to access the treasure chest of games available.
A good mix of games is made available and once installed a player is free to go in and out of any game as they choose. The usual mix of table, video poker and slot games are available and the RTG developers are constantly adding new games to the selection month in, month out.
Many of the table games start at the $1 mark with high-rollers being appeased with slot game limits of $125 (or thereabouts) per spin and table games (e.g. Blackjack) offering spot action up to $250.
The big draw of this casino is the slot selection with a wide range of both classic-style and video style games available. Many of these have progressive jackpots or random jackpots which climb constantly during play. These can pay out at any time, although with games such as Jackpot Piñatas hosting a jackpot of over $1.6m (at the time of writing) winning the jackpots isn’t necessarily an easy thing to do!
Incidentally, all play at Slotsville takes place using the US Dollar currency.
A good deal of thought has gone in to making Slotsville a fun place to be and generally the casino boasts bright and bold colours throughout its games. As well as clean graphics, many of the games also feature animation and sound effects to enhance the overall gaming experience.
The only slight area deserving of criticism if the Video Poker lounge. Whilst the game selection is plentiful, the game presentation looks slightly dated. However, it is difficult to make VP machines look fun so this is a small point!
The casino itself is a self-contained application with a player able to access games, the cashier, transaction history lists and even customer support from direct within the casino itself.
A strong focus for Slotsville has been implementing deposit options that will work for US players. As such, players should be able to deposit with credit / debit card as well as the usual mix of eWallet solutions. The list of deposit methods is also constantly being updated to ensure players from across the world can deposit without hassle.
Withdrawals are requested via the casino cashier and usually pend for 24-48 hours before being processed. Again, Slotsville takes paying players very seriously and such most players should see funds approved for payout within 2-3 days of withdrawal request. One thing to note is that a maximum aggregate payout limit of $4000 per week is imposed for every player. Similarly, a fax back form must be completed before an initial withdrawal request will be honoured.
Slotsville clearly work hard to entice players and this is apparent in the fact a massive $4000 welcome bonus is up for grabs. This takes the form of four 100% matches worth up to $1000 each. However, beyond the initial bonus there are not too many regular bonuses (apart from the comp scheme). This casino certainly seems to place more focus on initial bonuses rather than on-going extra rewards.
The sign-up bonus is subject to 20x (deposit and bonus) play through on selected games (e.g. slots). However, the bonus itself is them removed upon cash in. As such, the bonus is more a ‘fall back’ for when a player’s own funds are exhausted. Nevertheless this is still a very welcome bonus and with a few decent slot wins and some high-stake bets it’s possible to do very nicely of the generosity of this casino.
Support is well managed with customers able to contact the support team via telephone, live chat and email. This is a good standard of support and as such players can rest assured that help is on hand should it be needed. Our tests of support went smoothly and we are sure there are no problems in this area.
Slotsville is a relatively new comer to the world of online casinos. However, they’ve set out with a clear purpose to set up a casino that is attractive to players from around the world but that also has extra support on hand for US clients. This is particularly appealing and given some of the other shoddy casinos US players can frequent, it’s a breath of fresh air to see a well run casino still focussed on pleasing US players. Game selection is good and there is nothing at this casino to truly set it apart from the competition, it’s still a well run site that will continue to have a small but loyal following.
