Roulette is an easy game to play, with lots of bets to place but few distinct betting options. While there's lots of systems designed to theoretically help a players odds, the truth is there's little a player can do to improve their chances short of steering away from 'American' (double zero) tables and a few bad bets.
As roulette games offered at various casinos are more or less the same when those casinos utilize the same software platform, below are comparisons between software types rather than individual casinos.

Microgaming software includes quite a few variations on Roulette. American (double zero), French (single zero) and Eurpoean (single zero) games are available in both their classic as well as upgraded 'Gold' versions, and a 'Premier' type is available as well with a close up on the wheel and additional playing options. Microgaming is also one of the few software companies to offer a progressive version called 'Roulette Royale', which requires a side bet for every spin, but offers varying payouts for any number that is spun consecutively - paying out the progressive for 5 hits in a row.

Net Entertainment offers both Roulette Pro (a European version) and French roulette tables, with no American version available. That said, American double zero tables have the worst odds out of the three - so most wouldn't consider that a problem.
